STIM Pet is a free price comparison tool for pet supplies. We search across top retailers like Chewy, Amazon, and eBay to help you find the best prices on food, treats, medications, toys, and more for your furry friends.
Is STIM Pet really free?

Yes! STIM Pet is 100% free to use. We earn small commissions from retailers when you make a purchase through our links, which helps keep the service free. You never pay extra — in fact, you save money!
How do I add my pet?

Tap "Add Pet" in the top right corner. Enter your pet's name, type (dog, cat, etc.), breed, age, and weight. This helps us personalize product recommendations for your pet's specific needs.
Do I need to create an account?

No account needed! Your pet profiles and preferences are stored locally in your browser. This means your data stays private on your device and you can start using STIM Pet immediately.

How does voice search work?

Tap the 🎤 Voice button and speak your search query. For example, say "dog food" or "cat toys". Your browser will ask for microphone permission the first time. Works best in Chrome and Safari.
How do I scan a product barcode?

Tap the 📷 Scan button and point your camera at any product barcode (UPC). We'll automatically search for that product across retailers. Great for comparing prices while shopping in-store!
What is the Breed Encyclopedia?

Our encyclopedia includes detailed information on 53 dog and cat breeds, including size, temperament, exercise needs, health considerations, and care tips. Access it by selecting a breed when adding your pet.
Can I install STIM Pet as an app?

Yes! STIM Pet is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On mobile, tap "Add to Home Screen" from your browser menu. On desktop Chrome, click the install icon in the address bar. This gives you app-like experience with offline support.
How do I share a deal I found?

After searching for products, tap the 📤 Share button. You can copy a link, or share directly to Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, or email.
🔧 Troubleshooting
Why am I not seeing any results?

Try these steps: 1) Use simpler search terms (e.g., "dog food" instead of "grain-free organic chicken dog food for seniors"). 2) Check your internet connection. 3) Clear filters by tapping "Reset". 4) Try a different browser if issues persist.
Voice search isn't working

Make sure you've granted microphone permission in your browser. Voice search works best in Chrome and Safari. Check that your device has a working microphone and isn't muted.
Barcode scanner doesn't recognize my product

Ensure good lighting and hold the barcode steady. Some specialty or store-brand products may not be in our database. Try searching for the product name instead.
My pet profile disappeared

Pet profiles are stored in your browser's local storage. They may be cleared if you: cleared browser data, used incognito/private mode, or switched browsers. Unfortunately, we can't recover lost profiles, but you can add your pet again.
Prices don't match the retailer's website

Prices can change quickly. We update pricing regularly, but there may be a slight delay. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before purchasing. Shipping costs and taxes may also vary.
